Managing Director of Khoshroz Kitab Mahal Limited and all group companies — leading a family enterprise in publishing, paper and printing whose roots go back to 1939.
Mostafa Jamal Mohiuddin is one of Bangladesh's established industrialists. He is the youngest son of the late Mohiuddin Ahmed, the visionary founder of Khoshroz Kitab Mahal and a highly regarded figure in Bangladeshi business.
He received his higher education at the International University of Europe in London, gaining an international perspective that shaped his approach to business. In 1988 he returned to Bangladesh and joined his father's enterprise, learning the industry from within. In 1995 — less than seven years later — he was appointed Managing Director.
For more than three decades he has led the companies that form the industrial backbone of the group, covering the full chain of paper manufacturing, processing, packaging and printing that serves Bangladesh's education sector, its publishers and its millions of readers.
Steady, principled leadership and a deep commitment to his father's vision — preserving the heritage of the Khoshroz name while preparing it for a new era.

From one publishing house to one of Bangladesh's leading industrial groups.
Mohiuddin Ahmed, a native of Magura, founded Khoshroz Kitab Mahal in Kolkata in 1939. The poet Golam Mostafa named it after his own poem, "Khoshroz." In Dhaka, Khoshroz began publishing law books in Bengali in 1952 and became a leading publisher of legal, police-related and Islamic titles, including a full Quran translation.
From publishing he expanded into industry — founding Magura Paper Mill, Paper Processing & Packaging, Monospool, Jatiya Mudran and NDC Auto Brick, which grew into Magura Group.
Today the group and its sister concerns are led by Chairman Mustafa Kamal Mohiuddin, with Mostafa Jamal Mohiuddin as Managing Director across the group — spanning paper and packaging, publishing, printing, textiles, food, housing, education and healthcare.
